Wonder River MIND - 'I Am Strong'
Preparing young people for success by building confident, resilient and powerful minds.
The Wonder River MIND programme, currently available both in person and online, is designed to help young people build confidence, resilience and the skills to navigate life's challenges.
Sessions are organised into six-week blocks following the I AM STRONG model. Each week explores a different aspect of mental strength, including understanding yourself, overcoming doubt, learning from mistakes, handling pressure, responding to difficult situations and preparing confidently for what's next.
Through active challenges, creativity and reflection, young people don't just talk about resilience - they practise it. In-person sessions also provide opportunities for teamwork, communication and collaborative challenges. Using the Wonder River framework of Recognise → Reset → Respond, young people learn to notice challenges, regain focus and make positive decisions about what to do next.
Bespoke 1-to-1 sessions are also available, tailored to the individual needs, goals and development of each young person.

I AM STRONG 1-to-1 Mentoring
Personalised support to help young people become stronger, more confident and resilient.
I AM STRONG 1-to-1 Mentoring gives young people dedicated time and space to explore the things that matter to them, understand themselves and build greater confidence in who they are.
Sessions are personalised to each young person, focusing on the areas where they would most benefit from support - whether that is self-belief, resilience, communication, managing emotions, dealing with pressure, relationships, motivation or taking on new challenges.
Through conversation, reflection and practical activities, young people are encouraged to recognise what is happening, reset when things become difficult and think positively about how they can respond. They develop a greater understanding of their own strengths and practical strategies they can use in everyday life.
The aim is to help young people know themselves, trust themselves and develop the confidence and resilience to navigate life's challenges in their own way.

The FREE YouTube Confidence Programme explores one key area of confidence each week, helping young people understand themselves, develop resilience and build the skills they need to navigate life with greater self-belief.
Each session takes one theme and explores it in depth through real-life examples, discussion, reflection and practical challenges that young people can take away and try for themselves.
Topics include self-belief, resilience, mindset, communication, managing emotions, dealing with pressure, relationships, courage and independence.
The aim isn't simply to talk about confidence, but to help young people understand it, practise it and gradually build it for themselves.

Building confidence from within.
Our in-person Home Education Confidence Sessions give young people the opportunity to explore what confidence really means and develop the skills to become more confident, resilient and independent.
Each session focuses on a key area of confidence — such as self-belief, resilience, communication, managing emotions, dealing with pressure, relationships and courage — combining discussion, practical activities, reflection and real-life challenges.
Young people are encouraged to think, question, share ideas and have a go, developing confidence not simply by talking about it, but by experiencing it.
The sessions provide a supportive environment where young people can be themselves, learn from others, try new things and discover their own strengths.
A practical, engaging approach to developing the confidence and life skills young people need to thrive.
